Gift card terms.

Purchased Big Moose Hemp gift cards never expire and are never reduced by service, dormancy, inactivity, or maintenance fees of any kind. The full balance stays yours until you spend it.

This applies everywhere we sell — we follow the strictest state standard (including California Civil Code §1749.5) for every card, in every state.

Gift cards are redeemed at checkout on bigmoosehemp.com and can be applied to product, shipping, and tax. You can spend a card across multiple orders — any unused balance stays on the card.

If an order total exceeds the card balance, the remainder is payable by any accepted payment method. Recipients must be 21 or older to purchase our products.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Except where required by law, gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Where state law requires it (for example, California's small-balance rule), we will redeem remaining balances below the statutory threshold for cash on request — contact info@bigmoosehemp.com.

The gift card code is a bearer instrument: anyone who has it can spend the balance. We email the full code only to the recipient — receipts and admin records carry a masked form.

Lost or stolen codes: contact us as soon as possible. We can void a compromised card and reissue the remaining balance to a verified recipient email.

Promotional or goodwill credit we issue for free (not purchased) may carry an expiration date, which is always disclosed when the credit is granted. Everything on this page about purchased cards — no expiry, no fees — is unaffected.

Gift cards are sold in fixed denominations up to $200 per card, with a maximum of 3 cards per order. Orders that trip our fraud checks may be delayed or refunded.

Gift cards are not returnable or refundable after delivery except where required by law.
